About this experience
Jump from 15,000 feet over Cairns — with the Great Barrier Reef laid out beneath you in its full turquoise magnificence. Skydive Cairns is the only place in the world where you can freefall above a World Heritage reef while simultaneously seeing a World Heritage rainforest on the horizon.
The tandem skydive experience pairs you with an experienced, fully licensed instructor for the entire jump. After a thorough briefing and equipment fitting, you'll board the aircraft and climb to altitude before stepping out into one of the most extraordinary views on Earth.
Freefall lasts approximately 60 seconds at 220 km/h before the parachute opens for a gentle 5-7 minute canopy glide back to the landing zone. The entire experience — from briefing to landing — takes approximately 2-3 hours.

Check in at least 15 minutes before departure . Parking available at Reef Fleet Terminal carpark (paid). The marina is a 10-minute walk from Cairns CBD along the Esplanade.
