About this experience
Step into the world's oldest tropical rainforest — the Daintree is over 135 million years old, predating the Amazon by tens of millions of years. This full-day tour covers the very best of the region, from lush rainforest walks to crocodile spotting on the Daintree River.
The tour takes you north through Port Douglas to the Daintree Ferry crossing, deep into the rainforest of Cape Tribulation National Park, and ultimately to the extraordinary point where the rainforest meets the Great Barrier Reef on Cape Tribulation Beach.
Along the way, expert guides share ecological and cultural knowledge of this extraordinary landscape. Watch for cassowaries on the road, crocodiles on the river cruise, and tree kangaroos in the canopy — this is wildlife unlike anywhere else on Earth.

Check in at least 15 minutes before departure . Parking available at Reef Fleet Terminal carpark (paid). The marina is a 10-minute walk from Cairns CBD along the Esplanade.
